Alice’s passion for supporting businesses to positively contribute towards a fairer and more sustainable world, is driven by a core purpose of ensuring a bright future for children and young people.

Alice obtained an MBA (Distinction) from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, in 2023 and maintains active engagement with the latest academic and research insights in sustainability.

Working as a Carbon Management Consultant for Nottingham Business School, Alice has trained hundreds of people from diverse businesses, gaining critical insight and experience of supporting leaders to overcome challenges and turn them into opportunities.

With 20 years experience working for Boots UK, Alice understands the complexity of embedding ESG in organisations, placing focus on ensuring plans are anchored in strategic insight, stakeholder engagement and communications to support the businesses to bring to life wider purpose and credibility in a rapidly changing external environment.

She has a passion for building cross-sector social impact partnerships with charities, having worked with Macmillan Cancer Support, The Princes Trust, WE Charity, BBC Children in Need and Fareshare.

Alice is building a team of Associate Partners to support growing demand for embedding ESG.
